SMARTbank automatically imports all your transactions directly from the bank to Business Central, so you don't have to log into online banking, export, and then manually import bank files. Transaction texts can be displayed so that texts like "See message/Transferred" are now shown with corresponding advisory lines, further optimizing Business Central's function of matching/clearing entries. Bank transactions can be imported into the General Journal, Payment Reconciliation Journal, or Bank Account Reconciliation. This makes it easy to match/clear transactions in the bank with your postings in Business Central's bank account and customer payments. In Bank Account Reconciliation, unmatched postings can be transferred directly to the General Journal and Payment Reconciliation Journal. Texts and advisory lines on the bank transaction can be displayed so that texts like "See message/Transferred" are now shown with more descriptive text, which also helps the system match/clear entries.

PaymentsWith SMARTbank, you achieve robust bank integration that enables you to automate your supplier payment routines, allowing you to easily and securely send payments to the bank directly from Business Central. The bank integration ensures that you don't need to spend time on manual upload of payment files, but handle all your payments to suppliers with bank accounts in Danish financial institutions, regardless of currency. SMARTbank supports account transfers, FI (types 71, 73, and 75) and Giro payments (types 01 and 04), SEPA payments, and international payments. Status messages from the bank keep you informed about when payments are processed, accepted/rejected by the bank, and completed.
